All races start at 9:00am

The Birmingham Track Club invites you to compete in the 32nd annual Adam's Heart Runs.  All three races are on a low-traffic asphalt course through scenic Oak Mountain State Park.  The first 250 entrants will receive a long sleeve all cotton T-Shirt. The 10-Mile course is USATF Certified.  Race packets will be available on race day.   There is no packet pickup.

About the Charity

Proceeds from the Adam's Heart Runs go to the ALS IronHorse Foundation.

The ALSIF is a local charity whose mission is to provide direct and immediate relief to victims and families of catastrophic illness such as ALS.
